Further to our advisory on 13th January, we are pleased to advise the new BGT Customs at Berth 27 are now operating smoothly, and a few clients who had experienced some challenges are now satisfied due to the efficient and smooth process that is fully aligned with the procedures in other terminals.
Many customers are taking delivery within 24 hours of starting the process. The Export process is running smoothly and we can now transfer containers between BGT West and BGT East without any delays.
The initial start-up of the new BGT Customs did cause some interruption, but we are pleased to advise everything is running very smoothly on all berths 19, 20, 21 and 27.
