Reference our customs announcement (dated 17th and 20th February), the new customs process starting from 17th of February requires consignees to have license from appropriate ministries which is taking a few days to get issued. However, we expect the situation to go back to normal once the documentation process becomes streamlined. As always, we will keep you updated on the progress.
